What is the minimum order?
The minimum is one full 12-unit case for each selected SKU.
Can I mix different products?
Yes. Each SKU must be ordered by the full case, and different full-case SKUs can be combined in one order.
When should I request volume pricing?
Request volume pricing at 10 total cases. For fewer cases, contact support@casescent.com. Online payment is not available yet.
What does the published price include?
Published pricing includes cross-border shipping, customs and import charges, and delivery to an eligible address in the contiguous United States. Prices include taxes. No additional tax is added to the published price.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically prepared in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 days after the order is placed.
