Where we deliver

Delivery is limited to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We cannot accept orders addressed outside this service area.

What the price includes

Published product prices include cross-border shipping, customs and import charges, and delivery to the eligible address. Prices include taxes. No additional tax is added to the published price.

Timing

Orders are typically prepared in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–10 days after the order is placed. Carrier events or address issues can extend this estimate.

If tracking shows an exception or the package has not arrived, the carrier investigation must be completed before a replacement or refund decision is made.
