These terms apply to wholesale orders placed with CaseScent. Each listed quantity is one full 12-unit case for a single SKU.

Pricing and availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and availability is confirmed before purchasing begins. Published pricing includes cross-border shipping, customs and import charges, and delivery to an eligible contiguous U.S. address. Prices include taxes. No additional tax is added to the published price.

Order changes

Cancellation is available only when CaseScent confirms the request before purchasing or preparation begins. Non-quality returns are not normally accepted and any exception requires written approval.

Claims

Damage or wrong-item claims must be reported within 3 calendar days after tracking shows delivery and must include the evidence listed in the Returns & Claims policy. CaseScent determines the remedy after reviewing the evidence.
